Andrew is a Licensed Surveyor, which means he is a qualified and experienced practitioner in cadastral surveying and mapping.
A cadastre is a register of property titles, which in WA is held by the West Australian Land Information Authority, Landgate.
A Cadastral Plan accurately measures and records the boundary of each property. Legal surveys are required for boundary realignments, subdivisions, land resumptions, mortgage transfers, Crown surveys, and the preparation of Deposited Plans.
